Shipping & Delivery


* All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, during summer orders are processed up to 3-5 business days.
* Orders placed on the weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
* Express package cutoff time is 1 PM PST.  Any express orders placed after 1 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
* Everest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking is updated as delivered.


Orders placed after 12 PM PST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday will ship out Monday. 3 Business Days orders confirmed after 2 PM PST will be processed the following business day. 3 Business Days orders placed on Friday after 2 PM PST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).


We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free standard ground shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.


Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
